We love hearing from our guests. For the last 10 years, our guests have always told us how amazing their holidays have been with Lighthouse. See for yourself what our former guests wrote about us.

We had a surprisingly relaxing and fun holiday. The flights were very comfortable. Rajeev handled the onward journey seat allocations well in time. Four Seasons Orlando was fantastic. Loews Portofino was generally comfortable. Intercontinental Chicago had a great location. Cloudveil Jackson was very nice. It was good we stayed in the town centre since we were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and the rafting venue. The Pierre New York was comfortable with good service and excellent location. The architecture cruise tour in Chicago was super interesting even for the kids—a fantastic way to see and understand the city in 90 minutes. The guide for Yellowstone and the Tetons was very good and made the tours engaging for the kids. Rafting was fun—would recommend hiring the wet suits they provide! At Jackson we went for the activities at Teton Village—kids had a blast. Thank you, Pavnit and Rajeev for all the assistance. Pavnit particularly was always in touch with the important matters—which made the trip much easier.

Australia was a great choice and a very under-rated destination—thank you for pushing for it. A big thank you to your team for your constant support. Sydney had a great vibe. We did a few of the restaurants you recommended and particularly loved Chat Thai and Cafe Sydney. Silky Oaks was my favourite—really appreciated the little touches and the personalized arrival note in our room. Gold Coast—Langham was a great hit! Melbourne was fabulous. Park Hyatt was a good recommendation. Overall, we loved the progression of the properties and each city had its own flavour. Thank you and your team for all your support and patience with us!

Huge thanks to Team Lighthouse for pulling this off seamlessly. Special mention to Parul and Rajeev. Villa Serbelloni, Lake Como was gorgeous—would go back in a heartbeat. Bellagio was stunning. Varenna was our absolute favourite. Cinque Terre was lovely. Riomaggiore and Manarola were standouts. They offer a pesto-making class in the afternoons—I’d recommend it. Bagni Fiore Dior Beach Club is a must-do. De L’Europe, Amsterdam was stunning. We absolutely loved the Jordaan neighbourhood.

We had the best time. Everything went so smoothly and we loved every bit of it. Labotessa was such a gem—gorgeous rooms, amazing food, and the nicest staff. The area felt a bit downtown but the hotel itself was perfect. And the wine and note waiting for us—that was too sweet! The driver you suggested for Cape Town was super helpful and well-priced too. Kapama Karula was next-level amazing—waking up to the game drives, the unreal big 5 sightings, the beyond awesome spacious family villa with a fireplace—just wow. We did have to do a 3 am wake-up one day to get to Johannesburg but totally worth it for the rest of the experience. Overall, everything was so well planned and stress-free—big thanks for all the time-consuming, behind the scenes planning and hand-holding, to Parul for always jumping in with the last-minute stuff, to Rajeev for all the flight bookings, and to Inder and Sharma for the timely visa.

Yes, indeed we had a wonderful trip to Thailand. We loved the Pimalai resort very much. Everything was superb—the food, service, and the villa was just amazing. The swimming pool was the largest we’ve had so far; one could do proper lengths in it. I also loved the outdoor bath—so lovely and spacious. In fact, this was the biggest villa we’ve ever stayed in. The view from our villa was to die for. Every evening we enjoyed the beautiful sunset. We enjoyed the food too. We actually had a very relaxing time there, which was the idea. We are back.

1. Cannes hotel was a good pick. Very close to everything. Even though Cannes is small, in this heat small things matter. This was very well located. Cannes was a good pick to make one’s base. Better than other cities and very relaxed and enjoyable.

2. Crillon—spectacular. We like this slow pace and that’s what we all enjoy. Excellent. We went driving to such amazingly small villages and had meals at Michelin star restaurants at these small places, really the holiday we like.

3. Paris—We have always been in love with Paris. The hotel was lovely. Very well located, this was a very decent hotel and it was at the opera so that’s as central as it gets. Car was excellent. Audi has an excellent navigating system. Parul and Rajeev deserve a thank you. We had an excellent time building memories in life with our lovely kids. Looking forward to getting back to my desk and routine and planning our next holiday with you. Thank you.

Dear Suhasini, Thank you for choosing the hotels and the tours so thoughtfully. We had a fabulous trip. The people were courteous and on time. We got a bit late for two tours – the sidecar and the Dijon tour – but the guides were most gracious. A BIG shoutout to Simon and OJ – our sidecar and Versailles guides. I’d like to leave a review for Simon but I don’t know where so do send me a link for that. The hotels were great. The room was tiny at Hotel Providence but beautifully appointed. The breakfast very Parisian. Our twin bed request was honoured at all three hotels. The Beaune hotel was a treasure – so unique and very comfortable with great breakfast too! Maison Favart was located at an entirely different area than the Providence so we had the opportunity to experience the arty side of Paris and the shopping hub. Beautiful room, sumptuous breakfast and very courteous, polite and helpful staff. The wine tour was good, mostly because we had great company in a mother daughter duo! The guide had a very thick accent so understanding what he was saying was a bit of a challenge. It ended too soon! Also, a big thank you to Jyoti, who was miraculously available at all times inspite of the time difference! Your service was impeccable right from the tickets to the visa appointment and all the questions we had about the trip. A BIG thank you to your entire team! Hope that’s helpful. Love,

I really liked Melia Sky. It was simple, unpretentious and yet comfortable along with its modern design and amazing views. The fact that it was a bit removed from the centre of town was a nice thing for me since you saw a quasi-residential neighbourhood…and anyway taxis were always available for the 10 minute ride to Ramlbas Catalunya or Paseo de Gracia. There is also a shopping centre 100m away with restaurants incase one wants to take it easy and not go to town. Puente Romano – Shaila will tell. Regards

Hi Suhasini Thanks once again for organizing a fabulous vacation. It was quite an amazing and a relaxing holiday . St Regis is a beautiful property with impeccable hospitality. The rooms are spacious and quite luxurious. A very comfortable stay !!!! Dempsey hill had become our favorite go to place for dinners. Chopsuey has been rated the best Chinese restaurant by the family (thanks for suggesting). The duck rolls were the best they have ever had anywhere😊. As we discussed the kids loved going to the universal , water park and I fly all on their own . Singapore actually has become their favorite holiday destination. Samui again was a totally chilled out destination. Ark bar had one of tne best beach parties we have ever seen. Prego serves amazing Italian and we loved it. A shack next to sarreraya serves the best seafood. Overall a great vacation with lovely memories!!!! Thanks again for customizing it for us and looking forward for the next one .

Big Island We drove to some natural sites like waterfalls thru pretty little townships. Since the Island is quite large it took us 2hrs + to get anywhere….still the highways were amazing. Four Seasons was a great resort (makes you want to take up golf) so we were split between spending time at the resort, enjoy the beach and the facilities OR spending time exploring Big Island. The highlight of Big Island for us was the helicopter ride to active volcanos and some really majestic waterfalls.Honolulu / O’ahu The city is really nice, well laid out, great food and shopping. We would have liked to spend a couple of days more as didn’t get to see the rest of the Island at all.Thanks for another amazingly organized trip despite our signature short notice plans!!

While I was researching the top 10 villages of France, or rather Europe I realised that 3 of the top five villages are in the Alsace region. I called Suhasini asking if she had been there or even heard of it.
