It, sort of, goes without saying that the best way to explore a country with a 1,000 islands (yes, a thousand) is by boat.<\/p>

This is what we have on offer for you in Croatia, just across the Adriatic sea from Italy. The boat that you board at Dubrovnik is a vessel with all mod cons, and more, on board.\u00a0You spend seven days and six nights travelling northwards. In keeping with the spirit of the cruise, land exploration is by bicycle.<\/p>

On day 2, post your arrival, you discover the picturesque Konavle region, cycling past vineyards and olive groves.<\/p>

Day 3 takes you to the charmingly beautiful island of Mjlet where you explore the National Park and ride amongst the island\u2019s saltwater lakes.<\/p>

Hvar to Makarska via Bol is day 4. You cover the sandy Golden Horn Beach and cycle close to Vidova Gora, the highest point in the Adriatic islands, en route to the Makarska riviera.<\/p>

The exploration of Korcula island is the focus on day 5. It is full of Venetian architecture and distinctive terra-cotta rooftops with verdant hills around.<\/p>

Day 6 is for the Peljesac Peninsula, famous for its vineyards and gorgeous landscapes. Go meandering past quaint bays and tiny villages, relax on the pebble beach or swim in the Adriatic.<\/p>

On day 7, you start your journey back to the real world.<\/p>
